Closing our doors, but still here to serve you – Changes in light of COVID-19

As you are probably aware, many notices are circulating about measures required to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and make social distancing possible. We want to do our part to ensure the health and safety of those we work with, so we will be closing our doors until further notice. 

We appreciate your patience at this time and ask that you send us all records and documents electronically. Security is of the utmost importance, so please securely transfer any information to us using an information request that you should have already received.

Our team will be working remotely and on hand to take care of any questions or concerns you might have. We can also schedule appointments to be held over the phone or by video.

We feel fortunate that we’ve been using technology to run our business for some time, and so can still serve you by email, phone, and electronic document transfers. Thankfully, our experience is allowing us to adapt and provide our services from a safe distance. 

I want to remind you that these are temporary measures required to protect your health during this critical time. We will be reassessing these conditions on an ongoing basis as the situation evolves, and we will keep you informed with regular updates as necessary.
